Micro-weddings are for couples who want the best of both worlds: an unforgettable celebration without the overwhelming guest list. Imagine a full day (or even a weekend) surrounded by no more than 65 of your favorite humans, sharing an Airbnb that feels like a getaway, eating the kind of food worth raving about, and packing in adventures that actually light you up. With the stunning views as your backdrop and your people by your side, I’ll capture every belly laugh, happy tear, and dance move so you can relive the magic long after the cake is gone.

Once you fill out my inquiry form, we’ll hop on a call to get to know each other. Then we'll look at the custom packages I've prepared for you. If you're ready to move forward with me, I'll place a soft hold on your date for one week so you can review the contract and invoice! Payment plans are not only available, but they're preferred.

Elopement couples get my comprehensive location + sample timelines (including epic spots, travel tips, food, lodging, activities—you name it). For sessions + weddings, we’ll shape a timeline that feels effortless and you as we approach 3 months prior to your date. For clients on a shorter timeline, I have an expedited timeline for that process so don't stress!

I’ll check in throughout the process to help with planning—whether that’s helping elopement couples narrow down the “where” and “how,” or giving guidance on first looks, family photos, or how much time to block for each part of the day. You’ll also get access to my go-to vendor recs so your dream team is stacked and stress levels stay low.

Sneak peeks land in your inbox within 72 hours—because I can never wait to share the highlights. Full galleries are delivered in 6–8 weeks (8–10 during peak season), with sessions delivered in 2–4 weeks. If you’ve ordered an album, you’ll get a link within a week of gallery delivery to book your design session and bring it to life.

What else can I say except "WOW!" Working with Chey was fantastic. Everything from communication, coordination, day of experience, editing, etc. felt like Cheyene and her 2nd shooter Lindsey went above and beyond. Cheyene made sure that my groom and I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Chey did an excellent job with our engagement and micro wedding photos! She was excellent at learning people's names and roles and rolling with the punches when things didn't go as planned. It was pouring down rain on our wedding day and she was able to make it work and the few quick pictures we got outside while it was only sprinkling were some of our favorites from the day! She was quick at moving through the obligatory family pictures so it didn't feel just like a photoshoot. And to top it all off she provided a sneak peek the very next day!

A micro wedding typically includes 15-60 people. Elopements include 15 people or less and can range from saying, “I do,” at the courthouse followed by a nice dinner, to hiking up a mountain top and self solemnizing followed by some rock climbing, a helicopter tour, or star gazing. Take your pick. Mash the two together and you get a hybrid, the best of both worlds if you will.
Absolutely. For elopements, I help with all the planning and create extensive location guides tailored to your wants + needs, then help you narrow down the perfect backdrop. Planning a micro wedding? While I'm not a micro wedding planner, I’ll absolutely connect you with trusted venues + vendors from my network so your day feels effortlessly you.
Umm…My passport is ready, bags are packed, just tell me when. Whether it’s sandy beaches, bustling cities, desert canyons, or mountaintop “I do’s,” I’m down to capture your love wherever it takes you. The best part? Any travel fees are already rolled into my custom packages—so there won't be any awkward surprises later.
This one depends. While I’ll never encourage trudging out into dangerous inclement weather, I won’t shy away from a little wind, rain, or snow. If you’re planning to elope in the back country and will require backpacking, camping, etc., with crazy storms being projected, I may say let’s do a rain check. Safety first always! BUT sometimes that windswept hair or moody landscapes are a DREAM! Don’t be afraid to dance in the rain, you may just get your own Nicholas Sparks book cover out of the deal.
